About the Role
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of talent acquisition initiatives. He/She will work closely with the wider People & Culture team and business stakeholders to help attract, retain, and engage high-performing talent in line with our company values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Resourcing
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, interviews, background checks, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees to the payroll.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and adhere to onboarding checklist throughout the process.
2. Stakeholder Management
  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate matters appropriately to the Resourcing Manager.
  • Assist hiring managers in facilitation of work tools for new employees.
  • Keep the hiring manager updated on the resourcing process.
3. Reporting
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and resourcing dashboards.
  • Support Resourcing Manager with resourcing metrics tracking, and data analysis.
4. Records Management
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
5. Compliance, Policy & Risk Management
  • Support compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and industry best practices
 

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Knowledge/Skills and Experience Required:
  • Degree in business, Human resource or a related field
  • Progress in attaining CHRP
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of relevant experience
Key Competencies:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning and organizing
  • Analytical & problem - solving
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
